The Scottish Airsports Club is based at a private airfield at Easter Poldar Farm, which was previously the home of the Stirling Parachute Centre and is owned by George Cormack & Sue Ellcome. We have a large hangar and two very long grass runways (800 yards and 1200 yards)

The main activities are hang gliding (aerotowing and powered) and microlighting however the runways are easily large enough to cater for light aircraft.

We can’t provide any tuition for beginners at the moment, but if you can already fly a hang glider we can teach you to aerotow. If you are interested in learning to fly hang gliders, we can take you up for a dual aerotow flight and give you more information. Come and give it a try, or just come along to watch and see what it’s all about! Speak to any of us on the Contact Details page for more information.
